Every Collarly product is personalized and engraved to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for personalization before your order ships. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.
- Norway: free shipping · delivery typically 7–15 business days after dispatch
- EU: flat rate kr 79 · delivery typically 10–20 business days after dispatch
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. During busy periods (holidays, sales) processing can take a little longer.
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, contact us via the contact page and we'll investigate. Orders that never arrive are replaced or fully refunded.
We currently ship to Norway and the EU only.
