How long does shipping take?
Each tag is engraved to order. Personalization takes 2–4 business days, then delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What if the name doesn't fit?
Most names up to 12 characters fit comfortably. Have a longer name? Contact us before ordering and we'll advise.
Can I return a personalized tag?
Personalized items can't be restocked, but if anything is defective or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you within 30 days.
Will the engraving fade?
No — the name is deeply engraved into durable metal, not printed, so it stays readable through daily wear and weather.
