Returns & refunds

Every Collarly product is engraved to order with your pet's name, so personalized items can't be restocked or resold. For that reason we can't accept returns for change of mind on personalized products. This is in line with Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven § 22), which exempts made-to-order goods from the right of withdrawal.

If anything is wrong with your order, we'll make it right:

• Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded free of charge
• Engraving mistakes on our side are replaced or refunded free of charge
• If your order never arrives, you receive a full refund or a free replacement

Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
